Amy,

I was told any liquids was counted towards by 64 oz. whether it be crystal

light, SF fruit juices, diet pop, water, etc. Plain old water doesn't seem to

set to well with me since surgery so I try to drink the flavored waters, propel

is a good one.

i was told that drinking decaff tea and crystal light is the same as

drinking water because all it is doing is giving the water a flavor..

Is this correct? Because to be honest, i dont drink alot of water,

but i do the tea and crystal light..

My dietician said that it was. If you drink caffinated tea you can only count

half of the liquid towards your water. Another thing she mentioned is that if

you are eating veggies and fruit some of that is water too. Don't forget to

drink your water but realize that we do get some from other sources too.

There are also a lot of good flavored waters out there. Some have

artificial sweetners in them so I tend to not drink those as often

but the Glaceau Smartwaters are good and do not have sweetners

added. Especially watermelon. mmmm.
