What should I START ADDING TO THE DIET first? I had only chicken soup that had

carrots, a little parsley, and zuchinni. Then I added eggs in the soup. then

fish,avocadoes and bannana's. So far all is going well.But what should I add

next? I'm taking it slow so far.

Sounds good so far. Since protien is such a vital part of our diet, can you try

red meat, maybe some pan fried meatballs? That would be anther simple addition.

Also, i might want to try some juices if I were you, get some antioxidants.

Always water the juices down though.
