which ones from vitalady do you suggest?

vitalady.com and its great that you can buy samples of different flavors and not

end up stuck with a huge container of something you don't like. The most

important thing to keep a watch out for is the amount of calories. Some of the

shakes and powders have way to many calories so keep that in mind when your

shopping for protein drinks.

I didn't have the money to buy 25 dollar shakes , but I did enjoy the GLUCERNA

shakes in chocolate and it was 8$ for 6 on sale at walgreens. each shake on ly

had 10 grams of protein but tasted much better that CIB shakes

Forgot to mention they have 5.5 lbs of protein each/87 servings. They

are very good - just had the vanilla.

I had bought another protein shake at a health food store over a

month ago. It was on sale - buy one, get one free. $25.00 each, and

they were not so good. The tastes were a little off and not

appetizing to me. I am much happier with my new shakes. janet

I have tried the banana scream and I really like that.

I have also tried a couple of the nectar drinks and

they are good too. Just pick your favorite flavors.

Samples are only 1.99 so your not out a lot of money.

I just went to wlssuccess.com and ordered a sample pack of the champion nectar.

It not only has the nectar ones it also has I think the chocolate, etc. There

are I think 10 sample packets and it is only $13.45. From everything I am

hearing it seems the nectar ones are the best. I will let you know.
