Guest guest
Hi all, How does everyone here judge when they were ready to try a new food? Is it based on your BMs or how you feel after eating something? Perhaps this is TMI, but I record the quality of my BMs in my food journal, on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being a trophy and something I haven't had in about 2.5 years, and 1 being complete watery D). Should I wait to have 8s or 9s consistently before introducing a new food? Or should I base my decision on how I feel after eating the new food (gassy, crampy, etc.)? It seems like it could take a while to get 8s or 9s consistently, though I have had a few days of 8s in a row, then overdosed on the raw unshelled almond butter and am now back at 5s (somewhat formed but disintegrate when flushed). I'm just seeing all the pretty berries in the store and wondering when I can try them... thanks for your help! W.
