Guest guest
I have found that a good compromise between buying the Almondie or other store brands (expensive!) and making your own from the nuts is to use almond flour. I get mine in bulk from Lucy's kitchen. It's not the cheapest, but she grinds it so fine that I have had no problem transitioning it into my diet. Because it's such a fine grind, it makes a very very smooth almond butter that you can cook with or just eat. I usually add a little almond oil to help out when food processing it, but it is very easy!
