Guest guest
Rose, awesome news on all counts....and have a great time! hugs S.Life may not always be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we might as well dance! Subject: VacationTo: neurosarcoidosis , nsmods Date: Monday, October 18, 2010, 6:20 PM I will be going to Virginia tomorrow (Tuesday) to visit with my cousin Lulu, who is like the sister I never had. She lives in San Diego, CA & usually comes to Indiana every summer to visit, sometimes alone & sometimes with various family members. She was unable to make the trip this year, but her daughter used frequent flier miles to get her to Virginia, so I'm going for a 6-day visit! I'm so excited. She lifts me up whenever I'm around her, and she says I do the same for her. I will have access to computers, but probably won't get online until some time Wed. We are planning some sight-seeing in Washington, DC, so I know I'll be pooped. I'm taking my mobility scooter, but it's still tiring. I was very surprised that Southwest doesn't charge for taking the scooter. I can check 2 bags without charge, but I'll just take one. I have to label all the scooter parts with my contact info. I had planned to try to rent a scooter when I got there, because I just assumed the airline would charge a big fee to take it, but then I called & found out NO FEE! Anyway, I'll check messages in the morning, then be offline until probably Wed. evening. Ramblin' RoseModerator A merry heart is good medicine. Guest guest
Thanks, ! I know it will be great fun. I've been to Washington once, years ago for a midwifery conference. We had one free afternoon & I went to the Vietnam Wall, the National Mall & the Holocaust Museum, but had to hurry all the way. This time we can take our time & see a little more. Y'all behave yourselves & take care of each other. I'll try to get online at least every other day. Ramblin' RoseModerator A merry heart is good medicine. Guest guest
I deleted the message asking about my camping trip. It was just for overnight but I enjoyed the leaves. I didn't feel my best and I payed for it for the last few days, so I missed telling you to have a great trip. I look forward to hearing about it when you get back. To: neurosarcoidosis Sent: Mon, October 18, 2010 9:36:01 PMSubject: RE: Vacation Thanks, ! I know it will be great fun.
