Question- eating

I could set a clock by my tummy. I have a protein shake for breakfast, and

then around 11:30 a.m. I start to get hungry and I usually eat around noon.

Then around 4-4:30 p.m. (time for my next protein shake) I start to get

hungry again. And I'm usually ready for dinner around 6-7 p.m. which is

when I typically eat that. My hunger is definitely on a schedule. There

are days (usually a few days prior to and the first couple days of my

period) where I get hungry in between meals, and I might have a protein

snack then to help out on those days. But usually I'm eating right on my

regular schedule.
