Question about Ester-C

Does anyone know anything about this form of Vitamin C? I heard someone say that

it was better for us than regular vitamin C. After I got home with my bottle I

read the label more closely and it says the C is in the form of " Calcium

Ascorbate " . I know we aren't supposed to take Iron and Calcium together so

should I return this type of C because I always take my Vitamin C with my Iron?

Thanks

B. from NJ

It's just more expensive. The vit sellers always want us to spend more money

than we really need to. Helps their bottom line, ya know. There's no reason to

spend a lot of money on vit C. We all do just fine with the synthetic form.

Ascorbic acid is most common and cheapest, I believe.
