Guest guest Posted November 7, 2003 Report Share Posted November 7, 2003 Does anyone know anything about this form of Vitamin C? I heard someone say that it was better for us than regular vitamin C. After I got home with my bottle I read the label more closely and it says the C is in the form of " Calcium Ascorbate " . I know we aren't supposed to take Iron and Calcium together so should I return this type of C because I always take my Vitamin C with my Iron? The vit sellers always want us to spend more money than we really need to. Helps their bottom line, ya know. There's no reason to spend a lot of money on vit C.
