Hi ,

I am looking too. I found a woman in Florida. Her work is amazing www.lazardo.smugmug.com. However...I was uncomfortable with the entire helmet being in paint, it could chip off or have a strong paint scent. If you hear of anyone who does partial painting, I would love to know! I have a buy buy baby near me in Paramus NJ where a woman paints on chairs and kids toys, I was thinking about approaching her.
