Marilyn, which way tastes best

in your Brie Cheese Sauce recipe, DCCC or half & half yogurt cheese?

I would assume DCCC because it would have no tang to it all but wanted

your input before I make a batch tomorrow!

I made it with the well dripped yogurt for four years because I couldn't

find DCCC, and liked it fine.

Now, because I can get the DCCC and it's one less thing to make, I really

like the DCCC.

I think I kind of like the DCCC better, but if I had no DCCC and I had

yogurt, and the choice was brie sauce or no brie sauce, I'd surely make

it with the yogurt again, because it IS good that way.

How's that for a mixed up answer?

Would this recipe work for cheddar?  I have a block of cheddar in the freezer--trying to find something to put over vegetables.  Tangy or a little spicy?

Hmm. Cheddar, DCCC, butter. Don't see why it wouldn't work. I mean, with

those ingredients, how bad can it be?
