Guest guest Posted August 16, 2004 Report Share Posted August 16, 2004 i ate a lot of and still do of tuna fish salad, salmon, (fish in general) easy to eat and high in protein. i eat a lot of cottage cheese, low fat cheese, and the occasional crackers and nuts. when i'm craving something sweet i will add some sugar free jam to my cottage cheese. it seems to satisfy my craving for something sweet. right now my nutrientist wants me to concentrate on protein more so than calories and carbs. the more protein i eat the less carbs i'll be doing without even trying. i have trouble getting all my protein and liquids in still and i'm almost 4 months out. but it is very very important to get your protein in even if you have to do the protein shakes. take care and good luck!!! laurette 4/23/04 open rny 309/290/241/150 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
