Grazing

Thanks for asking this question. It gave me a lot to think about. For me,

grazing is mindless eating or eating anything I didn't plan on. I usually

know, at the outset of my day, what I'm going to eat that day. If I find

something in my mouth that was not a part of my original plan AND I still

continue to eat what was a part of the plan, then I've grazed. I'm not

nazi-ish about this, but I like to stick to my plans. It just causes me

less problems in the long run.

live each day like it's your last... love like you've never been hurt...

I am incapable of watching any TV without eating. I don't even have cable.

I only use my TV for exercise videos. I am also incapable of being in the

same room with a TV and not watching it, no matter what's on. I go into an

immediate trance, which I cannot shake until someone comes along and turns

off the TV. It's pathetic.

And now we know why I haven't watched TV since 1987.

Had to get cable for my dad. He was kinda bored by different colors of fuzz.

I still do not know how to turn the TV on. BUT if I walk thru the room, I'm

mesmerized mid-step
