Guest guest
It happens. Went to bed about 12:30 last night. Dragged my sorry bottom out of bed at 3pm today. Only cuz Priscilla started munching my wrists & nostrils and really insisted those eyes had to come open. When I drifted in & out, I figures, at least asleep, nothing hurts. Any offers of cheese to go with my whine are gladly accepted. Brie, please. Thanks, Vitalady, Inc. Guest guest
, I've been tested, and do not have sleep apnea. I am a very restless sleeper, but when I did the sleep study they found no explanation for it. I've been that way since I was a kid. I would wake up under the bottom sheet, or on the floor, or my head would be at the foot of the bed. I also talk in my sleep. Geez, it seems I have more energy when I sleep than when I'm awake! Also, nope, not preggers (thank God). As for the exercise it was about 15 minutes on the treadmill and then the Curves circuit. I was about halfway through and felt so sick to my stomach. Thanks for the reply. Tigger > Do you (still) have untreated sleep apnea? Are you pregnant? How exactly does exercise make you sick to your stomach... that's a new one on me... are we talking about walk-around-the-block exercise, or running on the treadmill for 10 miles? > > Z > Open RNY 09/17/01 > 310/126/141 (goal was 160) > http://www.ziobro.us/index.html > > > > From: tigger57ri > Sent: Sat 8/30/2003 3:48 PM > To: Graduate-OSSG > Subject: Looking for some advice.... > > > .... and probably a good swift kick in the butt! Guest guest
.... I just went and grabbed my bottle of iron.... it's Carbonyl iron!! What did you switch to? I have a hard enough time remembering to take my vites, at least when I do take them I want them to be effective. Can someone give me a schedule of what they take as far as vitamins and supplements go? I'm a proximal. Tigger > > .... and probably a good swift kick in the butt! Guest guest
Ever considered that it might be Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. (AKA CFS or ME) The symptoms fit to a " T " ...and usually nothing shows on blood work. Exercise makes it worse. I spent just about 3 years in bed with it along with the Fibromyalgia that went with mine. Might be a place to look into. Regards~ Jacque > .... and probably a good swift kick in the butt! Guest guest
How exactly does exercise make you sick to your stomach... that's a new one on me... My older (about 30lbs overweight) sister experienced this for the last 10 years of her life. Docs all tried to make her feel as though she " lazy! " Finally after two years of testing and a great holistic (sp) doctor he found out that she did have actual problems that DID make her exhausted and sick to her stomach when she tried to do anything......even as mild as walking around the block. Not sure exactly what is was.....I do remember that her adrenal system was shot........she has spent the last several years trying to rebuild it. In the meantime she suffered greatly from depression because of being made to feel like a hypochondriac. P. Looking for some advice.... > > > .... and probably a good swift kick in the butt! Guest guest
Tigger - I would ask if you were depressed but I think that is Eeyoores (?) job. Hope you are feeling better soon! Kat

Guest guest
Unfortunately it can take a few weeks for meds to take effect. I had been taking Serzone for a while and now instead of healping me sleep it is giving me insomnia. I still take the Wellbutrin but may have to switch meds again. The doc thinks that since I have lost so much wieght that my hormones may be affecting the meds. I think when you are obese your body stores more estogen. We will see. Sure hope you find your answer. I have dealt with depression for many years - I am so tired of it. It's such a pain. I want you back in Tigger shape soon! Kathy
