Another issue has to do with decreased saliva. I suffer from that, unless

I'm drinking I have nothing to swallow. My dentist has me going in for

teeth cleanings 2 x a year instead of 1x.

I don't think the decreased saliva effects everyone, I just have a really

good case of it.

Water for at least an hour after eating is a no-no for anyone I know who's

had RNY. So is anything to drink during eating. Are you allowed to drink water

after you eat or during a meal ??
