Guest guest
I love sugar free pudding. I either make my own Jello pudding or I eat no sugar added Kozy Shack pudding. Just make sure that you stir the Kozy Shack pudding up before you eat it, because it gets a little liquidy on the top, like most sugar free things. in Delaware Lap RNY 3/10/04 261/179/
Guest guest
..Hi Marlene! COngrats on your surgery! HOpe you are feeling well! I didn't try sugarfree pudding, but did do the high protein jello which was extremely sweet. I would think that the sugar free pudding would be fine. Once I could eat yogurt and cottage cheese, I ate those mostly during the soft foods stage. I still love those! High protein and low cal, can't beat it!!! If you are looking for a sugarfree sweet something, some 7-11 stores make crystal light flavored slurpees. I have only had one once, but it was good. I heard some other surgery patients in a group at my doc's office saying they really enjoyed them. Best of luck! - gbp 5/27/03 315/ 172/
