But., alas, they are few and far between and the small ones with the orange spots, still aren't ripe. Argghh. Once fall comes, and the weather is cool, I think I'll have a squash bonaza month and really get ahead on cooking them and freezing. because I know next early summer, there won't be any to be had worth a plug nickel.
