You could dissolve it in water and shake it up for a bit. Apparently the

naltrexone

stays suspended. Although don't drink the sediment at the bottom.

Or you could just split them and take half.

Is there a reason you are starting so low? Some people start at 1.5 and work

up, but

a quarter of a dose - unless you are incredibly sensitive to things - is going

to have

little medicinal effect - I'm not sure it is even recognized as a viable dose -

except for

some MS people.

HI Mara,

Well, I have Hashimotos and they recommend starting very slowly cause you might

need a lot less thyroid hormone very quickly.

I don't want to be in a thyroid storm.

I don't know whatwould happen with the filler used in the capsules - so 's way of splitting it into4 on parchment paper and maybe getting some gel caps at the pharmacy isa better solution. Or call the pharmacy and explain the dilemma to them andask what they recommend. Mara

Thanks Alyssa, it is bitter! Finall opened the capsul and put it in 4 droppers

of water.
