Tina,

Congrats on your accomplishments so far you are doing great!!!!! Keep up the

good work.

Some of my accomplishments and being 4-1/2 months out from surgery.

1. Off ALL meds....bp, celebrex, previcid, benytl, lexapro

2. Off CPAP machine for sleep apnea

3. Moved the car seat up three notches (I'm only 4'11 " ....lol)

4. Down 3 clothes sizes, started at 30/32 and down to 22/24 and almost into

18/20.

5. Can cross my legs

6. Can walk and climb stairs without losing my breath and having to stop

every few feet

7. Can cross my arms behind by back when my hands wouldn't hardly touch

before surgery.

The list can go on and on. I never thought I would be doing any of these

things again, before this surgery. This surgery has given me a new chance on

life, a long healthier life. Would love to hear other's accomplishments too.

Everyone have a wonderful blessed day.

bike.. (sorry) 8 more days to go for me..

Tina

that is awesome that you are able to do all that.

I am finally getting excited to know my time is coming up (Oct 6th) if

everything gets put in on time.

I am hoping to be able to walk my kids to school and not be totally wiped out. I

am sure i will get there,

But i am really happy for you :)

Patty S.

Have a great day!
