Hi ,

Thanks so much for your words of encouragement. I couldn't have

gotten through all this without each and everyone of you on this

site. I am trying to keep my mind off of what my OD said for now. I

tried to keep busy today and even snuck into the gym for a quick and

easy 30 minute workout. Wasn't much, but it surely helped relieve a

little stress.
