Guest guest
I just made a great, refreshing sauce last night that I wanted to share! It was pretty quick and it was great on our Salmon and I put it on chicken today. It would be really good to dip veggies in (if you are that advanced) or cheese chips. Joanna's Summery Cucumber Yogurt Sauce Saute until soft: 1 chopped cucumber (peeled and deseeded) 1/2 chopped onion 2 cloves garlic 2 tsp dried dill (fresh would be better 1/4 stick butter Puree mixture. Pour into bowl and add: 1 Tbl. Lemon Juice 1/2-1 Cup Dripped Yogurt (depending how creamy you want it). S & P to taste Stir and enjoy!
