Re: Is there any change to my daughter's head?

The results you're getting *could* be reasonably perceived as cosmetically

acceptable, but if you're talking about CST, clearly they aren't. And so I

think a better plan for your out-of-pocket funds would be to work around your

ignorant HMO or whatever and get a helmet. I don't think a good,

self-respecting orthotist would have any problem taking the case; ask them where

the nearest non-ignorant doctor is. If Clara is any guide, you can expect plenty

more useful growth in the front of 's head.

From here, you really could go either way. You've done well, but it's still a

disgrace. I bet you worked twice the value of a helmet to get these results.

Name the names.

months to prove to her pediatrician and the neurosurgeons we saw that there is a

problem with her head. She was diagnosed with plagiocephaly on a mild/moderate

basis and we were told to take a wait and see approach. All involved refuse to

write a prescription for a orthotic treatment. So, I've decided to take her for

chiropractic and CST care. I've posted two pictures. Could you take a look and

tell me your opinion if there are any changes, good or bad? The album is in

pictures under " K- Journey of Plagiocephaly CST to ? " . Any help is greatly

appreciated.

Hi,

I've gotten the results in two visits for $230 and am contemplating the helmet use.I have to get my husband on board with the whole idea. He knows there's a problem but doesn't like the band. For the last two-three months I aggressively repositioned her (even with her rolling), wore her in a Beco baby carrier and refused to allow her in a stroller or other apparatus to be moved from point a to b. So, I know measurably (the chiro did hand measurements) there is some improvement, but not enough according to my standards.

In addition, while I did pay the chiro out of pocket, I found it necessary based on xrays that indicated that she had spinal misalignment in the cervical area. Therefore, in order to correct some of the situation she needs that part of her neck realigned.

Thank you for your replies. I really appreciate the help.

What were the starting and ending measurements that the chiro gave you?
