okay i have some questions.....what is the protein train?? i know

it's where you load up on proteins, obviously, but what does it do

and what all do you eat on it. and sometimes i eat something and it

hurts so i throw it up, but i force myself to do it, and it happens

a lot, i know i need to eat smaller bites, chew chew chew, and slow

down but it's like i want to eat it so bad and so fast bcuz i am

hungry and it looks and tastes good, and sometimes i eat something

with carbs in it like crackers, then i throw it up, and eat more,

then throw up again so it's out of my system...i knwo that is

considered bulima, but how much do you have to do that before it is

considered bulima? and i don't do this all the time either like at

every meal, i don't do that.
