agave syrup to honey ratio

I recently got Elana's almond flour cookbook. It's got some neat recipes, but

isn't SCD. She uses agave syrup as her sweetener. Can anyone please tell me

what the honey substitution amount would be? Any ideas on a substitute for

arrowroot powder? Sounds like a thickener.

From what I've heard it's a 1:1 ratio for the honey and that coconut flour is a good substitute for the arrowroot powder.

1:1 on honey for agave.

Since I haven't touched arrowroot powder since before I went SCD, I'm not

sure about its uses other than as a thickener, like you say. I understand

coconut flour makes a good substitute.
