If ya wanna be on the safe side, just don't eat ANYthing you KNOW is a carb; stay away from even fruits; and don't eat a veggie unless it qualifies as a " green leafy. " Drastic? Yeah, I think so. But seems the successful ones stick to about 20-30g carbs a day. From what I know about carbs that means green leafies are about the only carbs you can eat and stay that low.
