Question to people with a splint

Did or does anyone ever feel like their front teeth are going to fall

out after a long day of talking? I talked quite a lot today and now

feel as if my front teeth are just about to fall out. Weird, right?

Also, does anyone feel that sometimes when they bite down onto their

splint it's all soft and mushy and other times it's really hard? I have

noticed that my splint alternates between soft and hard and I am

wondering if maybe I am grinding it to softness from my teeth grinding.

Just curious.
