Well, cautious is good. I had a stomach transection after a SLD, and I can

tell you that the recovery was a breeze compared to the original surgery. But,

the RNY was my surgery of choice. So, although another surgery is no fun, if

you do opt for a different type of WLS, you probably know more about them

than most because of these lists, and knowledge is power! You'll do just fine.

Yes he does RNY's as well. He is willing to consider that as an option

especially since I have only gotten down to 347 lbs. He tends to err on

the side of caution though and that is why he wants to do the endoscope.

He wants to know what is going on so we can explore all options.
