Hey, guys! The laptop I'm using is kind of unpredictable, so if I disappear & don't return, don't worry about me. I'm having a good time, able to relax. We've gone to several battleground sites. It's so humbling, to read of all the men who died or were injured, and the families torn apart. And we're standing in this beautiful, peaceful forest where you would never guess the horror that occurred there.

Either tomorrow or Saturday we're going into Washington, DC. It's been nice to do a little sightseeing, then be able to go back and rest, no pressure. Anyway, I see that Marla has been working hard, and that there are lots of others posting, so I'm going to try to read all the messages.

I live in Reston, VA which is in Fairfax County.  It really was a beautiful weekend to be in this area!! Perfect weather and the leaves are very pretty depending on where you are.  I hope you got to get out and enjoy some of the sites!!
