Guest guest
Hey,Best wishes with the DHEA, I just wanted to note that when taking it selenium should be taken too. Some people just eat extra brazil nuts, but I can't find any that aren't moldy :(also I think I remember something about keto or 7 keto being desirable or something, but I don't think I could find it in lower dosages than 25 (mg?) and I think you have to taper up anyways. I did not look extensively for a lower dosage though Best!! Jodi, Eileen and , Thanks for the DHEA recommendations. I knew I could count on this group to get my question answered. Guest guest
Sorry you can't handle the nuts. I've been doing one brazil nut per day with my morning supplements for a long, long time. The littl selenium boost seems to help a lot. Guest guest
Speaking of places that have been around but you haven't discovered yet, I was down near Chambers St. Thursday - and discovered this absolutely humongous WFs that I was never knew about before - I think it is the biggest one - or the biggest one I've seen in the city. By far. I also found these kale crisps that I think might be legal - I will have to check further. Just dehydrated raw kale, garlic, unroasted sesame seeds, and sea salt. Called Kale crisps. - creamy garlic. Obviously they are not hard to make, but it is nice to be able to get a package every once in a while. Hey, did anyone ever make " kale " crisps with mustard greens? I wonder what that tastes like. Mara > Heya , > > Nah.. High Vibe has been around for a long time.. Guest guest
I haven't, but I've made my kale chips with Swiss chard. I like the kale a lot better! It crisps better, for one thing. Hey, did anyone ever make " kale " crisps with mustard greens? I wonder what that tastes like. Mara

Well, I used an oil and vinegar dressing on the mustard greens, and I liked the way they came out. I've also made collard chips. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Babette the Foundling Beagle
