Guest guest
Hi all, has anyone found that they have hypoglycemia since surgery? This has happened to me a few times, after about 30 minutes into my workout routine, I start to feel very shaky and have a low blood suger attack. I'll eat something with sugar, which gets me feeling normal, and then I have some protein. This doesn't always happen to me, so it's hard to know when to expect it. How are you managing this problem? Guest guest
Straight sugar picked me up then dropped me down again a little later. I do a fast PBJ, and I mean just a smear of jelly (which is how I like it anyway). Works fast & brings me up, but not too high Thanks, Vitalady, Inc.
