Hi

I have some great supplements/lacto B - what we call yeast kill stuff from my

Chiro - how do I find out if these are SCD legal? What questions do I ask the

company? I know they are fairly allergen free etc.

Thanks so much!

Have you tried googling the products to see if you can find them

online? If so, and you post a link someone on this list will usually be able

to review the ingredients and let you know if there are any SCD illegals in the

supplements or not.

You

can also use this listing of legal and illegal supplement ingredients from

pecanbread.com: http://pecanbread.com/p/Sup1.html Scroll

partway down the list for the legal and illegal ingredient summary.

I

always have a copy with me when I am shopping. I’ve memorized some of

the illegals, but I still check. And I check every time I purchase something,

as manufacturers change their formulas without warning. And I also use Wikipedia

or other online sources to check for an ingredient analysis.

What are all the ingredients, including the so-called inactive ones?

Also, you need to know what processing aids may have been used in the

manufacture of the items.
