Guest guest Posted August 27, 2004 Report Share Posted August 27, 2004 I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I haven't posted for a while. I will be 8 weeks out on Tuesday and I am down 50 pounds. I have been this way for almost 3 weeks now but I am not stressing. I am just trying to eat the right things and hopefully will jump start back up again. My 3 year old is starting preschool Tuesday and Thrusdays so I will making that my gym time now. Hopefully that will help. I read on another website that one lady eats nothing but shrimp for 2 days and she starts losing weight again...lol. I will try anything. I did splurge the other night and went to Dairy Queen. Now wait, lol. They have a sugarfree Dilly Bar. Yes, it is very high in calories and such but I only ate a 4th of the bar (which ended up being 50 calories) and threw the rest in the trash. My mom tried to tell me to buy a box of Blue Bunny and keep them in the freezer. But I explained to her that if I did, I would eat the whole box. This way, it was good and it is gone now Good luck to you all!! We have had such a great group lately. I get daily digests and am surprised when I drop in my email box and I have 4 emails with 25 emails a piece Thanks for listening and keep up the good work!!
