Check the sell by date on it.

DCCC freezes very well -- I order it by the case, and then toss the whole

case in the freezer, taking it out a bar at a time, as I need

it.

DCCC doesn't taste like the creamed cottage cheese we are accustomed to

pre-SCD, but the taste grows on you.
