Good luck with your surgery and congratulations on your decision! I

was just telling a friend today that was contemplating the

srugery, " DO IT! Do whatever you have to do, just do it, it will

change your life! " My recovery was a little tough, but after about

two weeks I was officially feeling pretty " normal " and like I could

do just about anything (except lifting!). My energy levels are

getting better and better day my day.

Welcome to the group Cortney! How do you like living in Vegas? What a

wonderful town that is, my husband and I were married out there almost

2 years ago and I've said that when I hit my goal weight I'm going back

to do it all again :). You do sound like you've had a wonderful

recovery, the exercise, both before and after surgery really is so

important. I made sure to stick with my regime in the months leading up

to surgery and since then have been loyal to the cause. I enjoy

exercise so much and it's great to hear you're doing so well.

Cortney,

Welcome. As I said before to someone else. You will find a wealth of knowledge

and support here. I have learned so much since I joined. Keep up the good

work. You will be at your goal before you know it.
