I just looked at the pics and you really look great,

such an inspiration to so many, I am still waiting for

the surgery, i was supposed to have it August 18th

after my pre op. I got a call that my insurance denied

it, beside the weight i also have to hav ehigh blood

pressure, arthriis or diabetes Etc.. and have been

medicated and i have to make sure it is documented, So

my doc is going to run test and make sure it gets

documented and put in a new referral for Surgery Oct

6th, hopefully that will work, ( i guess with hubby

being deployed it was not meant to happen) because he

will be home for the Oct 6th surgery date, i just hope

i can do well like you are, i may be emailing you for

advice ,

Thanks for your kind words. I am grateful that I did not have to go

through the rejection like so many folks do. Just know you're not

alone through this and there are many of us praying for you and your

family. October will be here before you know it. Keep the faith that

FYI:

Just posted a couple of photos. One with me and my son last year at

the Red Rocks, me at about 420. The other is day 204 (today) post-op

at 292.

I can finally see the difference, and the kids just flipped out at

looking at the vacation pic, they just forgot how big dad really was.

I am a firm believer in the fact that everything happens for a reason. How much

better will it be having the surgery and your husband being home? That is only

a 2 month wait. In the grand scheme of things that is no time at all. It will

work out for you and thankfully you will have support at home for you when it is

done.

yes i am really looking at everything happens for a

reason, it was real hard to think that way after being

at my pre op on the 13th, but i am over that, so yes

things are going good now , Hubby gets home and about

a week later i will go in for surgery,so i am so so

happy he will be here.

I went in for more blood work today and am waiting for

a call from my dr to tell me when my referral will be

ready. I will update you.

Patty, I've been thinking about you and things really do happen for

a reason. I am two weeks post-op tommorrow and if I had 3 kids at

home I would have needed much more help. With your hubby home you

will get it and be able to rest and heal. Even though I have not

been in any pain, my stamina is gone. I took DGS to a Wiggles

concert yesterday, big mistake, very big mistake, spent today in bed.
