Hey Ella,

How about fish? At our Walmart they have a great variety of shrimp and fish

for a reasonable price (I love fish). I like to poach it in just a little

water and lemon pepper, and then I ad lime juice......delicious!!!!

And a bag of whiting or a big whole salmon last a loooong time if you have a

4 oz pouch.

Just my thoughts...no offence meant...

Someone mentioned purchasing Don Pepper Steak Bowls at

WalMart - saying they are great for protein. I looked in my Walmart

in the frozen food section and they were not there. I am wondering

if maybe it is available in the prepared aisle (non frozen) Anyone

with info if you could let me know - I would certainly appreciate it.

Thanks for your message - unfortuanetly, I do not eat fish - so that wouldn't

work. Once in a great while - I will have 1 shrimp. Thanks, Ella

I looked to and my Walmart did not have them either. Sometimes what they carry

varies from region to region. Would like to try them though.

I have gone online to their website to ask if they are available in my area. If

I get a response I will tell you and you might try doing that too.
