Guest guest
---Wow!!! 91 pounds in 15 weeks!!! I've never heard of thatmuch weight loss in such a short period of time. I'm almost 12 weeks out and I've only lost 54 pounds!! But I " m VERY happy with that. I use Isopure whey protein drinks. I love them; 25 grams of protein per scoop and you can mix it in a blender with fruit. Its also carb- free!! You can get it at GNC or any store like that. Hope that helps LAP RYN 5-12-04 291/237/160-goal

Guest guest
I had run out of my Vanila Whey Protein and was looking for a Health Food Store in the area. I was looking in vain for one that carries the Champion Brand, and assume I might only be able to get it online. I found one store near me, and the beefy, bulky good-looking guy behind the counter asked what I was looking for. I usually like to find things myself, but told him so I wouldn't look too stupid. I asked if he carried Champion and he said he had something better. He compared his favorite brand with another on the shelf and told me his favorite product has less carbs, less cholesterol, and less fat and about the same protein ( One gram less per scoop ). It came in some interesting flavors : Berry, Cafe Mocha, Gourmet Vaniila, Smooth Banana, Butter Cream Toffee, Orange Dreamsicle, Chocolate Mint, Rich Chocolate, Green Apple and Pina Colada, of which he carried 7 or 8 of the 10 flavors. I got vanila and the toffee. The toffee is great but too sweet for the a.m. as I drink my shakes about now: 5:00-6:00 a.m. The price was a little hefty at $29.00 each, but no tax and I do not have to pay for shipping, so I save a few pennies there. The product name is Dymatize Nutrition by Proline. For a body builder, he was very nice to this fat woman, and I bought them mostly being grateful to his attitude towards me, but the shakes are very good! Next time I go, I want Chocolate Mint and Cafe Mocha. He also told me just to shake them, as I get too much foam when I use the blender. I could have stayed there all day asking him questions - he was that helpful and enthusiastic ( and cute ). I know this is a terrible stereotype, but that guy being nice was one thing but to be built and good looking AND nice got me to buy from him more so than if he hadn't been. Good looking people catch our eye, and I wanted to stay there all day talking to him. I am not sure if he could carry on a conversation about anything other than building protein and whey products, however. The world judges us from our outwards appearances. The guys I work with are cute, and they can walk all over me. Of course, it is their personalities, too. I wouldn't let just anyone drag me around the gym by my gait belt. >;D Okay, enough rambling. Off to work I go. Janet
Guest guest
$29.00 each, Dymatize Nutrition by Proline. Forgot to mention they have 5.5 lbs of protein each/87 servings. They are very good - just had the vanilla. I had bought another protein shake at a health food store over a month ago. It was on sale - buy one, get one free. $25.00 each, and they were not so good. The tastes were a little off and not appetizing to me. I am much happier with my new shakes. janet
