When my husband bakes bonless skinless chicken, he sprays (PAM non- stick spray--any flavor) " ON TOP " of the chicken before it goes into the oven. He came up with idea himself. The chicken is just so moist, it is unbelieveable. I am not sure how it works on other parts of the chicken, or poultry but I assume it would work just the same.
