Dora,

I wish you would have just gone " no mail " and checked in so often

with them before leaving. Besides this great group, the other can

help too. That is why I am " no mail " and just visit the sites to

learn and say my piece.

I hope so cause I have already learned so much from this group and

the others...never hurts to have more knowledge than just a little.

Plus the friendships you gain from other's nearby and from afar are

priceless.

Your right. Is kinda like a family here.. This is a great place to

come for suport, to vent and to find answers to questions. This is

the only forum I come to for this subject.

I know your date is coming up soon Dora. I know you are going to

great. I was 4 weeks out yesterday and have lost 32 lbs so far.

everything has went so well. well other then the chicken thing. I

feel great..
