FYI: I've posted a current picture for those of you that are

interested. Taken on postop day 236, I've lost 134 pounds and am not

wearing a size 40 jean compared to a size 54 in January. Just 56

more pounds to my goal... hopefully be there before my birthday next

March. You'll find pictues in the Ray W -Omaha folder
