It's the sugar alcohols in that " sugar-free " (diabetic) choc that does it.

You could get a much more healtful and similar result from 4 tablespoons of

ground flaxseed meal a day (1 TBS four different times daily) and plenty of

water.

Plus flaxseed has other great benefits as well.

Becky, honey, how can you stay healthy on just 600 calories a day? And with

only 3-4 cups liquid, it's no wonder you're constipated! What does the doc say

the problem is, anyhow? Do you do any protein shakes? I put my flaxseed meal

in those: 4 a day, 1 TBS per shake. If you're living on 600 calories, you

really really NEED to be on a protein shake regimen....................
