I've always known about it, but they didn't used to list the probiotics on

the label. I called them a year or two back to find out the cultures, but they

never got back to me.

I picked it up recently again for some reason and they had added in the

probiotics to the

label. And then I noticed on the fresh direct website today that they had a new

yogurt

product.

Mara,

How neat to find a real goat yogurt with the proper bacteria to use as a

starter! I wonder where (besides the Northeast) it's available.

Coach Farm just e-mailed me that the probiotic yogurt is only cultured

for 5 hours. Ron

Ron,

Yes, it's only useable as a starter for making your own SCD 24 hour

yogurt, as Mara said. But the neat thing about it is for those who are

super-sensitive to cow dairy, this makes a good starter for their goat

yogurt, if they can find the product.

Yeah - you can't eat it - read the heading - it's for starter.
