Argh! I definately was not insinuating that you were using it as an

easy way out! I was saying that is what they look for in a Psyche

eval and that some people do believe that about this surgery or do

not realize the amount of work we have to put into it so they have

to be really careful about weeding people out and sometimes will

assume a bit too much.

I was more or less giving general info to anyone new who might be

reading my post about what the psyche eval is for and then also

addressing you in there as well about your depression issues.

I am sorry if you took it another way and definately do support you

in this but if they feel like you may not be a good candidate you

probably need to address those issues before the surgery is all I

was saying.

Maybe you could arrange to have 3 months of counseling sessions

surrounding weight and depression issues or something? Would they

agree to that you think?

There is generally a waiting period right now with the good surgeons

anyway so the 3 months would probably not be so bad?

Hope everything works out for you.
