Hi !

If I had to venture a guess I would say it could have been the butter (or the

chicken skin?) or the garlic. Fat digestion can be tricky in the beginning of

the diet. I had that experience for some reason- I had to be careful in the

first few months of olive oil and butter- it definitely gave me worse D. But you

do become more tolerant as the diet goes on :) And I'm not sure how much you

have been using garlic, but maybe it was just too much too soon.

The best advice I can pass on to you is advice repeatedly given to me from all

of the wonderful people in this group: keep a food journal and just go very

slowly introducing new foods. Be sure to introduce one thing at a time so that

you can pinpoint what foods don't agree with you and how they make you feel.

It doesn't mean you have to stay away from something for good. Maybe you wait

another month and try a little more garlic (just as an example) and see how you

feel- if you are okay then you can start eating more! A lot of people get over

their food intolerances as they progress on the diet.

Hope you feel better!!!!

Chicken wings from BTVC page 106. BTVC book? I would love a chicken wing

recipe.
