Hi Jill,

I drink before eating, wait about 30 minutes then stop. If I get thirsty I eat

some fruit. Watermelon and cantaloupe are very good at quenching a thirst!!

Welcome to the group. Seems that your weight loss is

going great. I have been drinking before, with, and

after meals for months now, and am trying to stop. I

think it is very important. I just seem to get sooo

thirsty!!
