Watermelon and cantaloupe are very good at quenching a thirst!! Janet M. Breathe! Janet, Welcome to the group. Seems that your weight loss is going great. I have been drinking before, with, and after meals for months now, and am trying to stop. I think it is very important. I just seem to get sooo thirsty!!
