Guest guest
Congratulations, ! Keep up the good work, esp the part about your feeling good about yourself emotionally. That is integral to everything else. I have seen it said before that food journaling is an invaluable tool to weight loss. It has been said that people generally underestimate their caloric intake by about 20%, so writing everything down can be very helpful. Whenever I've done it, I found I always dreaded having to note down something " bad " so journaling acted as a sort of deterrant in this way. I think I need to start journaling again! LOL!
