WOW, 200#s is fantastic!! Congratulations on such a great success

and for the story on your success. I think stories of behaviors

that have worked well for people is invaluable. Thanks for sharing

and remember to keep telling yourself congrats also.

Congratulations, ! Keep up the good work, esp the part about your

feeling good about yourself emotionally. That is integral to everything else.

I have seen it said before that food journaling is an invaluable tool to

weight loss. It has been said that people generally underestimate their

caloric

intake by about 20%, so writing everything down can be very helpful.

Whenever I've done it, I found I always dreaded having to note down something

" bad "

so journaling acted as a sort of deterrant in this way. I think I need to

start journaling again! LOL!
