Guest guest
I feel the same as you guys do. Some in my local support group eat regular ice cream and don't dump. They even eat donuts and sweets. My surgeon and staff said NO sugar, fried foods and the like. Only being 4-1/2 months out the thought of eating such things gives me this idea that I will end up in the hospital or with a real dumping and I want no part of any of that. So, so far I've been able to refrain from such foods and haven't even had a graving for them. I really hope these thoughts of mine continue to stay with me. I figure those fried foods and donuts and such is what got me into the mess I was in. I don't want to no way, no how go back there. Of course just my opinions here, everyone needs to use their own judgment. Guest guest
That sounds good!!! I was on one of the other message boards one day and they crushed up pork rinds and rolled the chicken in it to give it that crunch before baking. I am open for any ideas. Thanks!! > Ok use the " egg substitute " and the tiny'st bit of flour..
