Fats satisfy, carbs make you crave.

There never WERE calorie is a calorie is a calorie, IMHO. It's the TYPE of

calorie, whether it works FOR you or AGAINST you.

And post-op, it really makes a difference. A protein calorie is in no way

related to a sugar calorie. One goes into your muscle & organs, one goes

directly to your ____________ (hips, belly, bottom).
