Definitely on the brushing/rinsing. Technically, chewing sugarless gum works to reduce tooth decay because chewing it stimulates your saliva. More saliva=less decay. Why? Because it dilutes and neutralizes the acid that is created when carbs. and certain oral bacteria combine. Likewise, so will drinking water after/during eating.
