I know everyone in this group loves the Nordic Naturals, but another strong

supplement (in pill form- doesn't leave you feeling to fishy and is easy to

swallow) is the Puritan's Pride Triple Strength Omega-3 Fish Oil.

My integrative doctor who practices Nutrigenomics and helps to cure cancer

patients by having them balance their Omega 3's and 6's uses this brand. (this

is the ONLY kind that is OK- you shouldn't get any of the others with added 6's

or 9's or flax, etc.)

It does not have the Vitamin D or E like the Nordic, but it is comparable in

Omega-3 content (950mg/pill, 60 pills/bottle, 3 bottles for $22.99).

If you are concerned about illegal ingredients, they clearly state:
