No commercial soup is legal. With SCD- to really make it work- you have to make

your own...everything. It is overwhelming at first, but you will become a

really good cook and your new husband will love it (maybe he will cook too but

if he's like mine- I do the cooking LOL)

Don't feel bad about not getting it right away. There is definitely a learning

curve with SCD. It takes a while to get the hang of it.

Now for dinner tonight: chicken is tricky- get the kind with only added water

for processing- usually around 2%, and no " natural flavorings or additives,

onion, and carrots, and start a crock pot going for soup. You can have plain

broiled chicken, ground beef and some soft peeled easy to digest steamed

veggies. You can also peel, core, and cook some apples to eat with honey and

cinnamon to start with.

Yes, I think chicken noodle soup is bad. Apart from what else

they put in the soup, it has noodles made from grain flour. All grains

and all potatoes are SCD-illegal.

My non-SCD husband won't touch 's soup. <g> He insists on

SCD soup!
